Meet Your Coordinator
“You'll go through all of your final plans for the big day. This is when we ask you to have your table plan, accommodation plan, suppliers, and final details ready to go. This is the start of the final countdown to your Big Day!”

Final Details Meeting
“This is where you'll bring all of your wedding decorations and everything you have ready for your wedding. Then we'll sit down and go through all your final details. You're officially ready to Say I Do!”

With Thief Hall, you get more than just a Wedding Venue Coordinator (which is standard at most venues). You will also have your very own dedicated Wedding Planner too!
Our experienced team will be by your side throughout, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and that nothing is missed, especially by you. They will look after your every need and also manage your suppliers, guests, and the full schedule throughout the day, making sure times are kept to plan. Our dedicated coordinators will even capture those special behind the scenes moments, so you can relive your wedding the very next morning.
